Utilizing 16 plastic injection machines,by various capacity from 20 to 250 tones which are made by Battenfeld Co.All plastic parts for seat belt are prouduced in site.Components metal and plastic are produced with vertical machine.
Regarding to the best quality of plastic parts this company are using fully automatic drayer system before injection.most of molds in this work shop are include hot runner system.
